The Berglodge Steinalp on the Susten Pass is a true pearl of the Swiss Alps, offering an incomparable backdrop for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.
Our house, the Berglodge Steinalp, can be used in many ways: it serves as group accommodation for KiBe camps and country school weeks, in spring it is transformed into our ski lodge with a cozy sun terrace, and in the transitional season it opens its doors as a pub. It is simply a cozy and simple home that creates a comfortable atmosphere with a wonderfully warming Swedish stove.
Our main focus is on providing all the infrastructure for training courses and seminars of all kinds. Whether for the SAC, DAV, an alpine school, a company or for private events - we want you to feel completely at ease with us and to be able to offer your guests and course participants the very best.
The 2 shower rooms with 5 showers each, 4 washrooms and toilet facilities provide a little more comfort. Use of the showers is free of charge.
In summer, 2 recreation rooms with kitchen are available for self-catering groups such as KiBe camps, schools, study and country school weeks, etc.

Around 125 dormitory places on 2 floors in 8 12-bed rooms, 1 15-bed room, 1 8-bed dormitory and 2 guide rooms make the accommodation not exactly luxurious, but very functional. The beds are equipped with woolen blankets and pillows.
IMPORTANT:
For reasons of hygiene, you must bring a sleeping bag! For longer stays, it is worth having your own pillowcase.
Our Sustenpass restaurant is open from June to October. It is a popular meeting place for many excursionists, regardless of whether they are motorized or using pure muscle power.
With its magnificent panorama and view of the valley, the terrace invites you to pause for a moment, enjoy a drink and a bite to eat and take in the view.
